The technology of dyeing to exhaustion with machines of type Jigger has evolved very much during these decades. MCS has been a leader in the manufacture of this products for over 50 Years: its range includes products for low temperature (98°), high temperature (43°) and special versions (110°).
From the first models with hydraulic motors, we have evolved to models with very fine tensions controls, thanks to electronic brushless efficeint motors. Today, we propose also 4-cylinder Double Jigger models: MCS is always one step ahead in research and production of these machines.

Each new model is tested and exhibited in our Blue Area Innovation Department, integrated into the MCS group’s dyehouse (EUROPIZZI)
