Mini (500mm winding), Small (850mm winding), Mid (1200mm winding) and Maxi (1400mm winding) are low temperature jiggers suitable for small and large production batches. Exhaustion dyeing technology with Jigger type machines has evolved greatly over these decades. MCS has been a leader in the manufacturing of products of this type at both high and low temperatures for over 50 years. Its range includes: Maxi, Mid, Small and Mini Jigger for atmospheric Jiggers; Comby and Compact 143 °C for the high temperature Jigger, and the same Comby and Compact 110 °C for the special models, where MCS is unique on the market. From the first models with hydraulic motors, we have reached models with tension controls on the fabric tension thanks to increasingly high-performance and efficient electronic motors. Recently, with the new 4-cylinder Double Jigger models, MCS is always one step ahead in the research and production of these machines. Mini, Small, Mid and Maxi Jigger 98 are entirely engineered and built in MCS. Each new model is tested and exhibited, in our Blue Area Innovation Department, integrated into the MCS group's dyehouse.
